What is Total Water Debt Inquiry and Bill Payment process?

This is the area where you can learn your total debt and make online payments.

What is Periodic Water Debt Query / Bill Payment?

This is the area where you can learn more about your unpaid water bill and make online payments.

 How can I pay my water bill?

You can make an online payment using your credit card at www.ltbonline.org. You will need your personal code and water subscriber number in order to complete your payment.

I don't know my personal code and my subscriber number. Where can I find out?

You can call 228 52 21 (internal 1241 or 1285).

- How can I check if my payment has been successful?

You can inquire your water debt in the “Total Water Debt Inquiry and Bill Payment” section of the website. If you have already made a payment, you will receive a “No Water Debt” message on your screen. Similarly, once you have made a payment, you should not see a balance on the “Periodic Water Debt Query” screen.

I have made a payment, but I can still see my bill as unpaid on the debt inquiry screen. What shoul I do?

Should there be a problem with your payment, please check with your bank and/or your credit card company first.

·         If there is no payment withdrawn from your credit card, it is safe to try making the online payment again.

However, if there is a payment on your credit card and your account with NTM still shows an unpaid balance, kindly call 0548 854 0582 and a member of our Finance team will be happy to help.


 

 

Property Tax Payments

-      What is Propert Tax Query / debt payment procedure?

This is the area where you can inquire your property tax and make an online payment.  

-      How can I pay my Property Tax?

You can make an online payment on www.ltbonline.org. You will need your Personal Code and Property Tax Declaration Number to complete the payment process.

-      I do not know my Personal Code or my Property Tax Declaration Number. Where can I find out?

Please call 228 52 21 and ask for the Propert Tax Department.

-      How can I check whether my property tax is paid?

You can inquire your outstanding balance on the screen you have made your payment. If your payment was successfull you should not see any tickets on the Traffic Ticket Debt Inquiry screen.

-      I paid my property tax, but I can still my property tax as unpaid on the debt inquiry screen. What should I do?

Traffic Payments

-What is the Traffic Ticket Debt Query and Ticket Payment process?

This is where you can query your unpaid traffic tickets and make online payments.

-How can I pay my traffic penalty?

You can pay your traffic ticket online at www.ltbonline.org. You will need your ticket handy to enter the Notice Number on the ticket.

-I don’t know the notice number or I have lost the ticket. How can I find out what the Notice Numebr is?

You should call (0392) 2285221 and ask for the Traffic Department.

-How can I check whether my payment has been successful?

You can inquire your outstanding balance on the screen you have made your payment. If your payment was successfull you should not see any tickets on the Traffic Ticket Debt Inquiry screen.

Cancellation and Refund operations

- I paid for the wrong ticket. How can I cancel?
You can contact our Finance Department on 0548 854 0582 during working hours to notify your transaction number and cancel the payment procedure. Once your payment is cancelled, the funds will be returned to your credit card. Refund timings depend on your bank and/or credit card compan.
